AERONOVA on the jury: the final of the "Mirage‑1" competition

On June 20, the final round of the “Mirage-1” competition took place at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU). AERONOVA specialists Boris Aleksandrovich Ivchenko and Vadim Vasilievich Zubkevich were invited to serve on the judging panel to evaluate the proposed projects.

Six teams advanced to the final, all of whom had passed the preliminary remote screening. During the in-person presentations, each team showcased its developments in the field of advanced high-altitude aerostatic platforms for long-term deployment. The presentations put forward numerous concepts and proposals; however, new questions also emerged that require further study.

The competition was won by the “Northern Lights” team led by Andrey Vladimirovich Redkin. We extend our congratulations to them!

For AERONOVA, it is immensely valuable that our employees are true professionals who are respected and highly regarded in the lighter-than-air industry.
